Service Provider Terms

These Service Provider Terms apply to any business or individual listed, promoted, or connected through the Rug Owners Association website at https://rugowners.com/. By creating or maintaining a provider listing, you agree to these terms.

You agree that all information in your listing is accurate and kept up to date.

• Business name, address, phone, and email
• Service areas and services offered
• Photos, videos, and descriptions
• Any claims about licensing or insurance

If you claim to be licensed, insured, or certified, you confirm that this is true and current. Rug Owners Association does not independently guarantee licensing or insurance status.

The Site may send inquiries or leads from rug owners. We do not guarantee:

• Number of leads
• Quality of leads
• Job value or conversion rate
• Response or booking outcomes

Owners and members may leave reviews. We may remove reviews that appear fake, abusive, or unrelated, but we do not remove reviews just because they are negative.

You agree to act professionally when interacting with owners and members.

• No harassment, pressure, or intimidation
• No misuse of contact info for spam
• No misleading pricing or outcome claims
• No requesting or posting fake reviews

If you upload photos or videos, including before and after content, you confirm you have permission to share them and that they do not expose private or personal info. Results must not be presented as guaranteed.

Any provider fees, featured placements, or sponsorship costs will be shown clearly on a separate order page, invoice, or written agreement.

We may suspend or remove a provider listing for rule violations, repeated complaints, misleading info, fraud concerns, or legal risk.

You are responsible for your work, staff, tools, safety practices, vehicles, insurance, and customer agreements. Rug Owners Association is not responsible for disputes between you and customers.
