Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement applies to any person who purchases or uses a membership with Rug Owners Association through https://rugowners.com/. By becoming a member, you agree to the terms below.

Membership may include access to member areas, educational content, videos, events, directory features, and other tools offered by Rug Owners Association.

Membership does not guarantee results or outcomes.

• No guarantee of service pricing or discounts
• No guarantee of job quality or timelines
• No guarantee of provider approval or availability
• No insurance or warranty coverage

As a member, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current account info
• Keep your login details private
• Follow the Acceptable Use Policy
• Communicate respectfully with others

If you post reviews, photos, videos, or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it. We may display this content on the Site. Content that breaks our rules may be removed.

We may change, add, or remove membership features over time. We aim to keep the main purpose of membership consistent.

You may cancel membership renewal through your account or by contacting us. Canceling stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current term.

We may suspend or end membership access for misuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or repeated violations of our policies.
